Thank you for your interest in partnering with United Way of the Golden Triangle Region. Our Community Investment Process supports programs that create measurable improvements in education, health, and financial stability throughout our seven-county service area. Which include Choctaw, Clay, Lowndes, Noxubee, Oktibbeha, Webster, and Winston counties.
Three-Year Commitment
This application begins the 2027–2029 Community Investment Cycle. Organizations selected for
funding will complete one comprehensive application for this three-year period. Continued funding
in Years 2 and 3 is contingent upon satisfactory program performance, compliance with United Way
reporting requirements, continued organizational stability, and the availability of United Way funds.
Eligibility
• IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organizations
• In operation as a 501(c)(3) organizations for at least three (3) years
• Serving one or more of UWGTR's seven counties
• Programs aligned with Education, Health, or Financial Stability
Funding Priorities
• Demonstrated community need
• Measurable outcomes
• Collaboration with community partners
• Sound financial stewardship
• Long-term community impact

To be considered, 501(c)(3) agencies must have been in operation for at least three years and have an active local board.
