Tonja has over 25 years of accounting and leadership experience working with and serving nonprofit, small business, municipalities, and faith-based organizations. Tonja is the founder of Knowing Your Numbers University LLC, an educational and training organization which provides innovative and practical solutions that leaders can implement immediately that produce maximum results.

Tonja earned her Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Taxation from the University of Mississippi.  She is a Public Accountant, Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP), an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), a Certified Grants Administrator, and a member of the Association of Nonprofit Accountants & Finance Professionals (ANAFP).    Tonja has been training leaders on how to utilize QuickBooks for over 15 years.
